An opportunity I have to pass on to my friends

So, while keeping my eyes, ears, and mind open; I would hear the pitch, look at the company and compensation plan, and then ask pertinent questions.

The questions you want to ask are:

1. How old is the company?
2. How many people are in the company?
3. How long have YOU been involved?
4. How long has it taken YOU to get to the level you are at?
5. How much are YOU making in residual income?
6. What are YOUR leaders like?
7. How have they helped you?
8. Are they easily accessible to you and to your downline?

The biggest answers you want to really focus are 3 thru 8.

You want to know how long the person sponsoring you has been in a particular company, or with a particular group. How long has it taken them to reach certain bench-marks and leadership positions; are they making the kind of income that you want to attain to, or will you be looking to surpass them?

Learning what their leaders are like is going to give you a good indication of what YOUR leaders are going to be like. Will they be the kind of people you can contact if your direct sponsor is not available? Will they be willing to help you out?

There is a saying that “Team work makes dreams work”, so if the leadership is not one where they will be accessible and are not ready to help you out; and your direct sponsor does not seem to have moved far and fast in the company, or has taken a very lengthy time in doing so, then you may like to re-think your options.
